Fig leaves have long stood for abundance, growth and good fortune. In Black Fig, Manuela Jarry draws them in crisp black and white, a graphic, timeless palette that goes with everything from a camel coat to a bright summer dress. Tied at the neck, it adds instant polish without competing with the rest of your outfit.
Look closer and you’ll find little ladybugs in pink, green and orange tucked among the leaves. Manuela loves them for their round shape and playful spots. Paired with the fig, they symbolize protected abundance and luck, and they reflect her tribute to nature and to the small things that need our care.

Care

Dry cleaning is preferable. Silk can also be hand washed gently, following the steps on our Product Care page. Folds from the box will disappear with a light steam or an iron on the silk setting, protected by a cloth. In short, treat it a little like you’d treat a fig: gently.
How to wear

The 20-inch format is the most versatile in the collection. You can fold it into a band and knot it at the neck, wear it as a headband or ponytail tie, knot it on a bag handle, or wrap it twice around your wrist. It’s small enough to stay put all day and large enough for a real knot.
