Holiday Gift Guide 2026
A gift to be cherished, not just unwrapped
Some gifts get opened. Others get worn, kept, and cherished. Every Dora Nola piece begins as an original artwork I drew in my studio just outside Montreal: free-spirited women, imaginary gardens, tigresses, pieces of my city.
Giving an illustrated scarf means giving a small part of that world, to wear at the neck, on the wrist, in the hair or tied to a handbag. Here are my picks for the season, depending on the gesture you have in mind.

Thoughtful little gifts — under $60
The scarf ring is the quietest piece in a wardrobe, and one of the most useful. It replaces the knot, keeps the scarf in place and changes the whole look. In hammered gold or silver tone, or in natural and lacquered horn — bordeaux, yellow, blue, pink.
- Scarf rings, $25 to $50
- Silk twillies, $59 — on the wrist, in the hair or tied to a bag handle
- Trompe l'oeil silk headband, $49
- Mulberry silk scrunchie, $18

The pair: a twilly with a small scarf ring for $69 — the $15 ring discount applies automatically at checkout. Everything she needs to wear it the moment she opens the box. See how to tie them together.

The everyday favourites — $98 to $149
The neckerchief, my 50 cm silk square, is the piece I give most often. Small enough to tie without thinking, large enough to show the full artwork. Last winter, Tigress was the one people chose most.
-
Silk neckerchiefs, 50 cm, $98 — each one carries one of my original artworks:
Tigress: tigers among lush tropical leaves
Nana: a maximalist bouquet that recalls a grandmother's living room
Rosie's Garden: a spring garden in lavender, navy and ochre
Art School: bright colours from my art school years
Montreal: my hometown, drawn as a colourful city scene
- Mulberry silk pillowcases, $129 — for the recipient whose closet is already full
-
Modal fringe shawls, $149 — generous and soft, made for everyday wear

The pair: a neckerchief with a lacquered horn scarf ring, $133.

The 90 cm silk square is the full canvas. The whole drawing unfolds across it, with details you notice as you wear it. Tie it at the neck, drape it over the shoulders, turn it into a one-shoulder top — or frame it.
-
Silk squares, 90 cm, $225
the same artworks at full scale, including our most loved designs Queen, flower crowns on hand-drawn portraits, and Pike Sun, bold colour pairings inspired by the master painters
- One of a kind tufted bags, $295 to $500 each one hand-tufted in my studio, in a single edition. When it's gone, it's gone.

The pair: a silk square with a large scarf ring, $275.
