Montreal Silk Twilly
Manuela Jarry drew this design for her boutique in La Cour des Arts, in Old Montreal, the place where she fell in love with her city all over again. Under a big, bright sun, the city unfolds landmark by landmark: the Farine Five Roses sign, the Biosphère, the Jacques Cartier Bridge and Habitat 67, one of Manuela’s favourite buildings anywhere. Look closely and you’ll spot a nod to the South Shore, where little fawns graze just across the river.
This is a souvenir that won’t end up in a drawer. Locals wear it as a love letter to their city, and visitors take home a piece of Montreal they’ll actually use, knotted at the neck or tied to a handbag. Cheerful blues, pinks and greens, grounded by touches of black, make it easy to wear with everyday neutrals.

Care

Silk does best at the dry cleaner, though it can also be gently hand washed. A light press with a cool iron on the reverse side will smooth out any folds. You’ll find all the details on our Product Care page.
How to wear

The twilly format looks beautiful around the neck: wrap it once and tie a small knot to one side. You can also weave it into a ponytail or bun, wind it around your wrist like a bracelet, or tie it to the handle of your bag for a touch of colour.
