Silk likes a gentle touch. Dry cleaning is preferable, but you can also hand wash it in cool water with a mild silk detergent. Don’t wring it; roll it in a towel to absorb the water, then lay it flat to dry away from direct sun. To remove folds, steam it or iron it on the silk setting. Spray perfume before you tie it on, not onto the silk. For more details, see our Product Care page.

Hair: wrap it around a ponytail or a bun, or tie it as a thin headband knotted at the nape.

Wrist: wind it two or three times and knot it. It’s a bracelet that never jingles during meetings.

Bag: wrap a handle from end to end, or tie a bow on the strap.

Neck: knot it like a skinny tie under a shirt collar.
